Please remember no course or college guarantee job to its students, getting a job in India or abroad depends entirely on the knowledge level and calibre if the student.
I would suggest that as a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.
As per your profile pursuing BBA after completing your 12th would be the best option for you.
The BBA program usually includes general business courses and advanced courses for specific concentrations.
The degree is designed to give a broad knowledge of the functional areas of a company, and their interconnection, while also allowing for specialization in a particular area.
The degree also develops the student's practical managerial skills, communication skills and business decision-making capability.
In would suggest that once you complete your BBA you should for 2-3 years in India and then opt for MBA from good universities abroad, by this you may have good career prospects in India as well as abroad.
Besides BBA, you may even consider pursuing:
- B.com.
- BHM (undergraduate degree in hotel management)
- BMM (Bachelor of Mass Media)

Please remember US is the best study destination to pursue MBA, but the cost of education in US universities in very high as compared to universities in UK, Australia, Canada and New Zealand, plus getting a US VISA is very tough.
The cost of education in UK universities in less, but the duration of MBA in UK is one year only, plus getting job in UK is very competitive.
Canada is one of the good study destination to pursue MBA, but the number of good universities in Canada offering MBA is quite less as compared to US, you need to have very good profile to get admission in Canadian universities.
