Yes, Chandigarh University is good for B.Tech CSE but I must say it's not the best.
Doing B.Tech CSE from IITs, NITs, IIITs, DTU, Jadavpur University, etc. are the best.
You can take admission into this university if you don't have any other option. but Chandigarh University faculty is very supportive if you have any problem you can contact them any time.

CA is a professional degree certification. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a role . CEO can be a designation for a company of 5 employees or 5 lakh employees.
