Hi Vinoth,
You may try for MS in Logistic and Supply Chain however you are not eligible for MBA as your percentage is very low in graduation and in UK most of the universities ask for at least lower second class degree, you may try MSc however it depends on the university whether they will offer you the admission or not now a days universities are very particular about the admission and only good candidates can make an entry into the UK universities. IELTS score is just a criteria that is only for proving the english language proficiency only .

Yes your are eligible and I wold advice you to do that through a regular course. You may opt for Human Resource Management for specialization, that should suit you fine. Plan to appear for CAT exam. If you can crack that then nothing like it. If not then find out prestigious institutes in your city or around your city. If you are prepared to go anywhere then opt for XLRI Jamshedpur or S.P.Jain Institute of Management Mumbai or Symbiosis Pune or Manipal university. There are several others also.

Hi karan, I wil coincide with what swapnil told. But remeber MBA is nothing Unless Until you have sufficient experience. I suggest you join as marketing executive/manager some where for any salary while you learning, so that u will have hands on experience of 3 years by the time you complete ur MBA. so dat ur career prospects will be high than your expectations.
