the duration of MBa in HR via distance mode will be 2 years. The fees depend upon the institute you opt fot. Normally GOvernment run Institutes like IGNOU charges less fee( around 10000 per annum) whereas Private Insitututes like SMU charges around 50000 per Annum. However you need to clear Entrance test for getting admission in IGNOU.

For IIT JEE , You must have two sets of Book Including NCERT books . You have to Chose books subject wise . Like for Physics You can Opt for HCV and Resnick Halliday . For Mathematics M.L khanna and Tata Mc Graw Hill . For Better Time management first You should Learn the concepts from at least two books then Go through the solved examples to learn the Problem solving techniques , Then try for exercises .

M.Des offered by IITs seem to have the most reputation and value in the related industry and to qualify to gain admission to IIT, yu require to write and clear the entrance for the same.

It depends upon, in which year and intake you wish to take admission.
The GMAT scores is valid for 5 years, how ever it is advisable to appear for GMAT atleast a year in advance to the year in which you wish to take admission.
