The scholarships can be either partial tuition fee waived of or full tuition fee waived off.In order to avail the scholarships it is always advised to apply as soon as possible.

In order to pursue PG in Canada, you need to have a TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
It would be advisable for you to take either TOEFL or IELTS again and get the score mentioned above, so that you can pursue your higher education in Canada.
