Now a days, there are some colleges or university who doesn't demand 25 lacs for MBA. I can give you the example of a university that is Lovely Professional University, one of the reupted or brand of university NIRF rank holder their course fee is only 4 lacs if you didn't get the scholarship either if you get the scholarship then your MBA will be within 2.5 lacs and you can't believe the placement packages this year average package was 7.5 lacs -8 lacs and some reputed companies had hired students on handsome package that is 15 lacs per annum or more than 9lacs per annum.

For pursuing Ph.D, one has to first clear the mandatory entrance exam or eligibility exam. Then, look for University approved guide in your subject who will accept you as research scholar. Then, decide on the topic of research under guidance of the guide. Register it with University and start off with the research.
