If you had mentioned your place of residence then it would have been easier to render advice correctly. Okay. Let me still attempt. I feel your first preference should be college in your place of residence if psychology is offered. Then the place of university and lastly your state capital. Again normally speaking, there are no entrance tests for admission to BA. And it is invariably based on marks obtained in class 12th. Best wishes.
