As per your query, it seems that you are interested in pursuing Phd, so regarding this please remember the eligibility criteria for Ph.D varies for every institute.
However the basic requirement is a masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline.

Dear Anzar, I do not see why you can not pursue Hotel Management or any other degree, either as regular or through distance mode education. Only thing is your VISA period should be greater then the course period. You may apply with your educational documents, passport and VISA.
