In your case, you can start searching for jobs in different organisations at different levels and don't let your manager know about the same. If you find that other jobs are not satisfactory then you will start loving the organisation you are working in and you will automatically get your interest back in it.

MAT is a test conducted by AIMA.
CMAT is a test conducted by AICTE.
You can also pursue MBA after qualifying XAT or GMAT exam.
All these exams have different modules or pattern of questions.

You have your plans pretty clear. A BS in computer science could be the best possible option. I will advice you to go through the program structures on the university websites and find out which program seems more interesting to you. Computer science with artificial intelligence, data science, robotics, information systems, information technology may be considered too.
