Hi, First of all education gap is no more a barrier. You can definitely go ahead with either of the courses. Since you already in the process of successfully completing your bachelors in science, idea of masters in same with a good specialization can be a value added advantage to your professional graph in terms of both designation and salary meter.
On the contrary, your second choice of Clinical Research is applied research which involves testing of new medication in human population. As you have not mentioned your main stream with B.SC, yet I would say that both can be taken as a great choice
There is a massive demand for clinical research professionals, making it an interesting career option with massive growth potential with top Pharmaceutical companies such as Ranbaxy, Dr. Reddy's Labs, Biocon, Dabur, Johnson & Johnson, Roche, Novartis, Pfizer. Same goes with M.SC, you can take the desired stream line and have a good career.
I would say that opt for the career you are most fascinated with.

Hi, Earning a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree, can provide you with management skills and business expertise whereas M.TECH is a professional master's degree in the field of engineering.
Both can be taken as a good choice since both offers ample opportunities for in India and abroad as well. Eligibility Criteria - Admissions PGPM 2011
All applicants are required to appear for GMAT, CAT or XAT examinations before applying to Mumbai Business School. For students who do not have any of these valid scores, MBS conducts its own entrance test. The test dates are given in the inside back cover.
For PGPM 2011 admissions, Mumbai Business School will accept CAT / XAT scores for the last two years only. Similarly, candidates can submit GMAT scores not older than 2008.

Hi Navin, after the completion of the Physiotherapy program, you may even think of advanced level programs in Physiotherapy like M.P.T. (Biomechanics) , M.P.T. (Cardiorespiratory), M.P.T. (Cardiovascular & Pulmonary specialties), etc and must have good patience as well as communication skills.
