Hi, First of all education gap is no more a barrier. You can definitely go ahead with either of the courses. Since you already in the process of successfully completing your bachelors in science, idea of masters in same with a good specialization can be a value added advantage to your professional graph in terms of both designation and salary meter.
On the contrary, your second choice of Clinical Research is applied research which involves testing of new medication in human population. As you have not mentioned your main stream with B.SC, yet I would say that both can be taken as a great choice

Procedure for M.Tech. course at IITs is to appear for GATE examinations held every year in Febuarary, 2nd Saturday. All those who score minimum eligible marks are provided with GATE card. Generally, above 99 percentile marks are required for admissions in IITs. Once you get selected, you are entitled for stipend of Rs.18000/- month which is sufficient to pay your tuition fee and hostel charges. All applicants are required to appear for GMAT, CAT or XAT examinations before applying to Mumbai Business School. For students who do not have any of these valid scores, MBS conducts its own entrance test. The test dates are given in the inside back cover.
