Being an E&TC Engineer u can choose network line as a good care option. CCNA is the starting step towards Networking line for more enhancement u must have to some more Certifications. R u confidant in any of the Server Side Operating System? for what purpose u would like to do CCNA? wanted to go in network line? is that so? wanted to get good job in higher end? am i right? if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA u will be having career in only Network line. Cos Knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage. After CCNA u will be only a network person if u do RHCE then u can opt System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin as well if u have Database knowledge then u can be DBA as well the combination of RHCE+CCNA+MCSE will be good cos CCNA is 80% theory and 20% practical and RHCE is 100% practical after completing RHCE u will feel a lot of confidence as well.As Cyber Crime is going high Security Specialist is going to be future. For Securing Network u must have thorough knowledge of Network and for securing data u must have thorough knowledge of one OS for that U must choose the OS which is in Industry like Linux

How ever, If you wish to pursue Masters in technology and related courses, then UK and USA are the good study destination for that.
In order to pursue MS in UK and US, you need to have:
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
IELST score of 6-7 bands plus or TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus.
Universities in UK and US have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall (August) intake.
Spring (January) intake.
Average fees at UK universities is around 15,000 pounds per-year and average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year.
the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.
