There is no any entrance exam for B.Ed regular or correspondence in MDU. They give admission on merit basis through online. Minimum 50% in either graduation or Masters is the only criterion.

Students having Diploma in Pharmacy can also opt for this course.

You can if you have outstanding marks and extracurricular activities you can get scholarship. Universities and colleges abroad have their scholarship schemes, you can visit the websites and see.
