Dear Ajay,
Having a look at the description that you have given about your profile. I think admission to NUS should not be difficult for you. The minimum entry requirement for admission as an M.Engineering candidate is a good Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline. Second, upper honors degree of NUS and equivalent is normally required for admission with research scholarship and second-lower honors of NUS and equivalent for admission on self-financed basis.
For Ph.D admission, the same minimum entry requirement is applied and a Master's degree is an advantage but not mandatory. The maximum period of candidature is 5 years for Ph.D and 3

The top ones are IIMs apart from those you can try for IIFT, FMS, UPES Dehradun, Christ University, Alliance Business School etc. I would recommend you to go for domains like MBA in oil and gas, aviation management, Power Management, Port and Shipping, Logistics Management etc. these domains are different from the traditional ones and have great career prospects and job opportunities. Admissions notification is already out by some of the universities.

Hi Vishnu,
You should not wait for the results to apply to colleges. A lot of colleges close their applications before CAT results.
I suggest that if you are interested in one of the top MBA colleges in India, like the ones mentioned in earlier answer, you should apply for them now only. For others you can wait for some more time and depending upon your results you can apply for them.

Hi Sumit,
It will depend on the diploma. Generally, most universities require an application to be made through UCAS which allows you to apply to up to 5 universities across the UK. The UCAS website features a lot of useful information for International students so I recommend that you take a look.
