Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
Getting a better quality of education.
Improves career opportunities.
Broaden international experience.
Gaining exposure to different cultures.
However please remember in order to pursue MBA form good and ranked universities abroad, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.

Hi Visu, India holds a UPSC examination every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
UPSC conducts civil services examination every year in the month of May and June and its main exam is in the month of December. The notification for this exam comes out in the month of January end.
The three-step process is:
-Preliminary Exam (Prelims),
-Main Exam (Mains),
-Interview.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1)A candidate should have a degree of graduation in any field from any recognized university.
2)A candidate in his final year is also eligible for the civil services exam. (IPS, IFS, IAS)
3)A candidate's age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 years of relaxation for OBC and SC/ST respectively.
4)A candidate must be an indian citizen.
The preparation requires the right approach along with the right study materials and strategy. The essential ingredient is the knowledge of the contents and structure of the exam and the process. Remembering the facts is necessary but not sufficient. You should start preparing now. Routinize or schedule your day effectively. IAS preparation requires focused study rather than plain hard work. Their are two stages that you need to clear- CSAT and main exam. The minimum requirement is graduation from a recognized university and the eligibility age is from 21-30yrs. For your preparation I would suggest you to first join a good coaching center so that you have the relevant study material to start your preparation.
