For the current term, work experience is not mandatory, and we look at your profile holistically, basing admission on your marks in undergraduation, your SOP , and CV. TOEFL , GMAT, or GRE are NOT compulsory for this term either.

your aieee score is very less so IISC .you will not get .doesnt matter how much u got in state exam 96% or even 100% .aieee has its own value and quality of exam so try for the next time work hard to get IISER,NCL pune,IISC, at any cost.

As per your query, I would suggest you to complete your 12th first and then opt for undergraduate degree in hotel management.
Please remember, every institute has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the institute's website you wish to apply.

if you are a commerce student then go for B.Com or BBA
and if you are from science then go for B.Tech or B.Sc
and yeah if you are interested in computers then you can go with it too
