For the current term, work experience is not mandatory, and we look at your profile holistically, basing admission on your marks in undergraduation, your SOP , and CV. TOEFL , GMAT, or GRE are NOT compulsory for this term either.
We place emphasis on your academics more than on GMAT or GRE scores. AS long as you have a fair grade in undergraduation, that is good enough to apply. Please send your resume to swathi_suresh@redlands.edu so I may take a look and tell you if you are eligible to apply.

Please remember, every institute has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the institute's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue undergraduate degree in hotel management you need to be 12th pass from recognized education board, plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.

If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. However, you must first check if you're suited for Animation. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in animation design, game design, graphics, storyboarding, 3d modelling, texturing and lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation. However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this (if you work hard you can improve your drawing skills tremendously). Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose.
