First decide what you are planning to do after M.tech. If you are planning to do job in academics then you have to do your Post Graduation in AICTE approved collage. If you are planning to do a job in company then it is OK with UGC Approved.But before choosing UGC approved university , check it's authenticity & market reputation with previous records. Some good UGC approved university such as Manipal etc are three.
One thing i like to add if you have to do M.tech Full time , then compouslary go with AICTE approved Univresity. This UGC approved university are ok for working professionals. But i will recomended if you are doi
