Learning a software hardly take between 15-45 days each. The real effort is to create design. That takes a long time and effort. Become a designer and then the software would be useful. For example learning typography teaches you how to use fonts in design. Learning picture composition teaches you to balance the picture and use form correctly. Learning color and shade teaches you to draw attention to or away from objects/ artifacts in the picture. Wish you the best for your career.
