It depends on the IIM call predictor that you are using. You can try the one on Shiksha which is quite good.
It is never 100% correct, as it gives you results on the basis of last year's data. And things might change this year.

A percentile of 98+ is required to get a call from the top IIMs and 95+ is required to get a call from other IIMs and MBA schools. Also, 10th and 12th scores are taken into consideration while giving out calls.

Taking this option is all together best , as at the same time you can gain work experience which is in high demand in today's market.

Yes you can apply loan for the full amount I.e. 6.75 lakhs for two years. It depends on your personal bank how it allocates the loan with the documents you provide. College will provide an acknowledgment form for the total fee to let you submit in the bank. Later it depends on you to contact your personal bank and get it approved.
