Yes, you can but for that qualify JEE Mains with a good rank. As you are from Delhi, apply to Delhi colleges like DTU, GGSIPU, IIIT, NIT, NSIT through JEE Mains instead go to Rajasthan as you have 85% Delhi reservation quota.

Dear Student,
English is a very good subject. There is a lots of scope in this subject. You should do MA in English . But It's my opinion there is no need of doing BBA. If you want Management degree , You should do MBA , from IGNOU, after BA. Its save your three years. Do MBA in HR . They want work experience. So join any job and then take admission in MBA .
