If you want to pursue a career as an auditor you can either go for certifications like CA, CWA or CPA etc. or you can go for Masters in Finance & Accounting, M.Com or MBA with Finance as a specialization. The Institutes which you can consider are ICWA & ICAI etc. they must be having branches in Kolkata, you can also check auditing courses in the Institute of Internal Auditors with Kolkata branch.

No, a BCOM course be it a regular course or a correspondence course or a distance learning course has to be completed in 3 years. it cannot be completed in 1 or 2 years.
