The MBA you are doing may give you entry into junior management positions. However, industry run courses help you get definite positions in management . The Taj group conducts a Graduate Management Training Programme spread over 2 years at New Delhi . After the course candidates are offered a managerial position .
Oberoi School of Hotel Management recognized by the International Hotel Association also has executive management courses after which you can, with some experience, become assistant manager. Further growth will be based on performance. Openings abroad should be available to you after these courses and some experience.
