Before selecting, you need to evaluate yourself from the point of view of the kind of career you would like to make for yourself. If your interest lies in the teaching or research filed then you better do M.Tech and PhD also. Even if you like to work in the technical development area then M.Tech would be suitable for you. If you like to work in the corporate sector then you should do MBA. If you do MBA then it is not neccesary that you get to work in the area related to your engineering subject.
