Salary for freshers in IT industry depends on type of Institute from which you are graduating. Students for Tier I Institutes such as IIT/NIT/BITS etc get CTC between Rs 6 to 10 Lakhs during campus placement. Whereas salary for Tier II & Tier III Institute graduates is between 2.75 to 4 Lakhs. If you get job in off campus recruitment drive salary may be lower by 10 to 20% in comparison to campus placed graduates. Salary structure varies from company to company.

Getting admission in Tier-1 colleges require extreme hard work and patience. One has to score good in CAT/MAT and qualify entrance exam along with Group discussion and Personal Interview to get admission in these colleges. Hello Nikita, both the countries are top destinations for higher education. Canada is easier in terms of immigration but things are competitive in both countries. Narrow down your choice, see the admission requirements, match with your profile, do you have the required grades, which country would be cheaper as per your budget.decide accordingly.
