Sir ji don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies. MCI exam is to be given by any candidate who pursues their MBBS abroad except if you have studied from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
In fact Indian government is planning to make a licensure exam mandatory even for students who pursue MBBS from India.

No, with this degree your specialization is totally different and your skills will be used in tourism industry. You have to choose a different program, if you want to become an investment banker or portfolio manager.
You can opt for the below mentioned options after completing your class 12th:
1. Bachelor of financial and investment analysis.
2. BBA finance.
3. Economics honors.
4. B.com in finance and accounting.

As of now maximum age limit is 30 for general category and 35 for SC/ST/OBC category but petition already been filed in Supreme Court to increase the age limit.
