Sir ji don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies. So I would suggest, better to study Computer Science engineering. If you want to sail through vast sea go with Marine engineering. If you have not decided what you want to do after B.Tech, sit for one or two days and decided what you want to do. If still confused, select any of the engineering mentioned in point # 1, 2 and 3 (Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics). Best of luck.

1. Sound engineering technicians:
Sound engineering technicians manipulate the equipment that produces the sound for movies, television, radio and live performances. Their work can take them indoors or outdoors with potential gigs in open stadiums or in cramped recording studios. The distinct acoustics in each environment requires the sound engineering technician to be adaptable.
2. Education and training:
Years of on-the-job training and work experience add to a technician's maintenance and operations skills. Even though, there is no license required to become a sound engineering technician, one who is certified by the society of broadcast engineers has a stamp of approval as a technician, who produces high quality work.
3. Engineering technicians:
Engineering technicians assist scientists in research as well as in developing new engineering mechanisms. They manufacture, install, inspect and repair electronic systems. They can make prototypes beforehand to predict what a product will look like, bypassing wasteful spending on a larger scale project with flaws.
4. Education and training:
Engineering technicians need at least an associate degree in engineering technology with a college background in mathematics and science. Schools accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) meet at least minimum quality requirements in their curricula.
