Dear Virat,
You can get a job in NZ if you are present there onshore, otherwise, an employer will not take the trouble of getting you a visa unless you are that qualified and experienced that they need you. The other way is you go there as a student and after completing your course you will get a post-study work visa which will allow you to look for a job and work there.

Out 20000 application only 1000 got the seats and you are fortune to be the one. The average placement of Marketing batch is Rs 6,00,000 to Rs 7,00,000.
