Chemical Engineering is a better option than BSc chemistry as it has more career options as compared to BSc and also career growth in terms of Engg is high. With Engg degree one can easily enter the research field and many options are available. Although one can enter research field by pursuing BSc and then MSc also but more chances are with Chemical Engg is there. Also the starting salary of Chemical Engg is more than the chemistry graduate also career growth is also fast in Chemical Engg. In terms of educational qualification Chemical Engg has high repute than normal Chem grad.

There is no cut off for TANCET marks. PSGIM being one of the top college most of the TANCET top mark scorers try to opt for PSGIM. So it's hard to tell the exact marks. It depends on how people select colleges in counseling.

depends on which company u take up.If it's product based u will get only 35k .while if u take up service based salary will be much higher and can be 100-200 k per month

BCA and B.Com are both completely different streams and it majorly depends on you that what you think you are good at. Although the opportunities given by BCA are more than what B.Com offers. Moreover after both the courses you can go for MBA which further increases the number of opportunities. Also universities play a vital role in career development hence choose your university wisely.

You will be getting overall rank and category rank in UPTU. Based on your marks you may get a rank between 15000 to 25000. You may also get a good college based on this score but it is also recommended to apply for some other universities or colleges also. There are some private universities which offer quality education and has very good placement records and rankings.
