Hi Vikas,
First of all after doing B.Sc (h) Biotechnology, it is not possible to do M.Tech Biotechnology and if you are very keen to do M.Tech Biotechnology you need to complete your M.Sc degree in Biotechnology and then you can opt for M.Tech Biotechnology. Secondly there will not be high number of Universities which will give you admission in M. Tech programme even after M.Sc Biotech, like one option which I could get is JNTU in Hyderabad. So before making any decision on your higher studies please consider all the pros and cons.

Hi Harendra,
Although, I have already replied to your query about good Institutes in Mumbai University, I would like to add here that it is difficult to draw a comparison of equivalency between university in Mumbai and Delhi as every University has a different environment is terms of faculty, study material, infrastructure, Campus etc. so, I would say National level Universities like Mumbai University, Sardar Patel college, KJ Somaiya College of Engineering, Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College will always have equal amount of importance as Top Universities in Delhi. Hi Anjana,
Please explain your query as it isn't clear to what you are referring as 'CP', also CBSE is a board and not a school. For any school has to follow CBSE norms to be associated with the board. To inquire about the board of recognition of your school, you are requested to contact the institution directly.

Hi Laxmikant,
Advisable is that you should go for a full time B.Tech program as it is a technology driven program which would require a lot of practical exposure. However, few of the Institutes providing correspondence programmes are Acharya Nagarjuna University, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, YMCOU, and KSOU.

DCE has closed its own exam as soon as it was converted into DTU. Only criterion to get admission in DCE now is AIEEE 2011. You must get a good rank in it, say under 600 if you are a non-delhi student or under 2000 if you are a delhite. DCE gives 85% reservation to delhi local students. After results of AIEEE, you have to carefully fill a separate counselling form of DCE. Then after its own counselling you could get a branch in it. All the best.

Hi Harendra,
The reason why the Institutes/colleges get affiliated with a University is that they are autonomous/Private and a University affiliation would give them better recognition and give them the tag that they are recognized by the Education body recognized by government so the government colleges does not require such affiliation and that is the reason there are no government colleges under IP University.

Hi Kevin,
Although, you have got a pretty low score in your 12th but, you can definitely sit for Engineering Entrance Examinations like AIEEE and other state level Entrances like MHT CET or Institute level like GGSIPU CET. If you are able to get a good rank in these Entrance Examinations, you would be able to secure a seat in one of the Engineering College on the basis of the rank you get.

Hi,
US does not recognize a dental degree from India. The person must complete DDS from USA and be licensed through one of the boards (eastern, california, etc.) to be able to practice .Colleges which offer Advanced Standing Program (DDS/DMD) to foreign trained dentists require at least NDEB Part I. Most of the dental schools which offer this program require at least 83%.Foreign dental students can get into the Advanced Placement program of DDS wherein they join in the 2nd year of the program.
Typically, yearly expenses are in the range of US $ 80,000 to one lakh dollar. So, a two year program will cost US $1,60,000 to US $200,000.
