Learning mother tongue is necessary for us for communication with our mother for fulfillment of basic needs. Basic arithmetic is necessary for us to be proficient in counting what we get and what we give. Learning languages, history, geography, mathematics, art, literature, science is necessary for us : to know whatever has happened in this world so far, to know the basic HOW & WHY of this world, in physical, mental, intellectual & even spiritual terms.
Why higher education is necessary for us : to use our brain to its fullest capacity, so that the much needed Research & Development can be done. It is also done to fulfill a basic human need-self realization.
This realization will MAKE YOU REALIZE WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR OTHERS TO MAKE THIS PLANET A BETTER PLACE FOR LIVING.
People who are poor but who crave for learning and cannot fulfill their dreams are people good at heart. They are not those only look for bodily interests.They are the persons whom education could have given better opportunities to contribute to this world in a positive manner.
But we are lucky having access to education& are not animals at heart.We have higher value systems&CAN contribute rationally & can empathize. This is why education is necessary for us.

Surely you can opt for higher studies in Holland after your marriage, marriage status of a candidate does not affect their admission or scholarships prospects.
Pursuing studies abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a degree from abroad are:
Getting a better quality of education.
Improves career opportunities.
Broaden international experience.
Gaining exposure to different cultures.
Please remember since pursuing education abroad involves a huge investment of time and money, so a proper research should be done to select the best universities offering course of your interest.
You should not simply pursue education abroad just for the sake of going abroad, because not all the universities abroad are good.
For pursuing education abroad, you need to first of all decide, in which country you wish to study, then you need to decide how are you going to finance your studies.
Finally you need to know which good universities are offering course your interest, and what are their eligibility criteria.
