Hi Anchit, University of Cambridge is one of the best Universities in the world. It is also one of the oldest well known for its courses especially Mathematics Physics, law and Business. The reputation of Oxford and Cambridge is so high that students can apply to only one of these at a time. If you apply for Cambridge you can't apply for Oxford. You will always find these Universities among top 5 in the world. In UK these are always 1 or 2. In the UK there is no other University that can compare to its standards. It is a public research oriented University established in the year 1209, making it the second oldest University in the UK and 7th oldest in the world!!!!
The graduates of this University have so far won 61 Nobel prizes.
There are six schools at University of Cambridge, these are :
Arts and Humanities
Biological Sciences
Clinical Medicine
Humanities and Social Sciences
Physical Sciences
Technology
And there are 31 colleges in the University that are independent and govern themselves. Cambridge has over 100 libraries with over 800 million books!!!!

The correspondence programme generally have lower fee structure as compare to full time MBA, however as the fee structure would vary from University to University it would be difficult to give you any concrete figure. It may range between 50 K to 1 lakh.

As per your subject, USA will be the best study destination for you, as it have some of the best universities in the world, with good research experience and infrastructure.Find below some of the universities in US offering course of your interest:
1.University of Wisconsin.
2.University of Maryland.
3.Indiana University School of Medicine.
4.John Hopkins University.
Admission in all the universities mentioned above require a good academic background throughout preferably 60%, a relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, and TOEFL score of 80-90 plus and GRE score of 1200 plus.
