MBA Would be Good If you Already have a Some Specialized Degree.you van Also Do M.Sc in IT it is also very good option if and only if u r getting Govt. College of Govt. University As Delhi University is one best university for doing M.Sc in IT you can also try for Other Central Universities they r also good.MCA is a Specialized degree to make yr career in IT Industry u can also try for MBA in IT its also a good Option for you.

3.Indiana University School of Medicine.
4.John Hopkins University.
Admission in all the universities mentioned above require a good academic background throughout preferably 60%, a relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, and TOEFL score of 80-90 plus and GRE score of 1200 plus.
