2)SCMS Cochin - Only thing bad about it is that it is in Cochin, its the second best according to me but people don't go because they think it is mainly a communication college
3)Indian Institute of Finance Delhi - Very fine refining of students is being done here, downpoint - they give only MBF so marketing students are not going to come.

Choosing colleges under MAT is like u r going for tier 3 colleges. I advise not to go for any not-so-renowned colleges as that might hamper ur career prospects. u can as well try CAT and XAT too for more better opportunities

For doing a bachelors degree in Marine Engineering or nautical science one should have passed 10 + 2 science with physics, chemistry, maths and English. The course is of 4 years duration. After successful completion of the course, degree viz. B.E. or BTech is awarded to the students. In most institutes candidates are admitted through an entrance examination, which is normally held in the month of May every year at various centres all over India followed by viva-voice and medical examination. Other important institutes like R.L. Institute of nautical sciences, conduct an all India level online test to check knowledge of students in PCM, Psychometric and IQ awareness.
