Both the course you mentioned are two different course and both offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
So, you need to first decide in which field you wish to build your career, i.e if you wish to make your career in technical field in that case you may consider pursuing MS, whereas if you are interested in the field of management then you may consider pursuing MBA.
Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program from India you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
The final selection in MBA or PGDM program India is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students.
2. Score in various management entrance test.
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
