Hi MSK,
I like your answer to Manoj's query. I understand work ex of a candidate is an added advantage. But I am working as a Management Trainee for a year and then will be designated as Associate manager on 5July 2013. I am planning to do MBA from SCIT, Pune applying for 2014-15 Admissions. So I will work as an Associate manager from July5, 2013 to 31March, 2014.
Please advice if my trainee phase would be considered into work ex, or just the 9 months when I have worked as Associate manager would be considered as work ex.
