It depends on alot of things including your background, the person taking the interview and the institute you want to get in. Some key trends are -
1. In case you are having less than 2 years of work experience you might be quizzed on your undergrad
2. For people with higher work experience, you would be asked to elaborrate on it and justify your learnings.
3. In case you have done some out of the ordinary, questions may be asked on it.
4. In case you have a planned domain (like finance) that you want to specialize at then you may be asked questions on your domain knowledge
Never say that you want to do an MBA to get a certain type of job or job in a certain company.

Eligibility:
