What is your qualification?
It is a central governance body and you can periodically check they website for openings. If you are not graduate or not done masters you can look for admission in some top university where government banks come for placements like in Lovely Professional University, GNDU etc.

You need to do B.tech/ BE if you want to become engineer. You can not add Engineer in front of your name without this.
There are number of engineering colleges but best of them are:
-Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala
-Lovely Professional University.
-R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore
-Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore

Yes there is option of dual specialisation in ibs where you can choose 2 different fields.for example you can do dual specialisation in marketing & finance ,finance & ops etc.
after second sem you will be asked to choose specialisation where 3 subjects are compulsory and you have to choose other 4 subject from a given list.suplose if u choose all finanace subjectx then you will be doing mba in core finance .suppose if u choose 2 finance and 2 marketing then itd dual specialisation & if u choose 3 finance & 1 marketing its major in finance and minor in marketing its upto u what u want to do.

It is not possible for everyone to get a stipend in summer internship specially if batch size is too small.
In ibs this year most of students are working without any pay and even if they are getting paid its not much.
So its very difficult for me to tell u avg. Salary but most of student who are getting stipen is in range of 5 to 10.

The overall experiance is mixed one,the only concern has been the no. Of intakes 700 students which is going to be a problem in placement other than that the experiance has been good with no. Of events,clubs & etc will make u engaged throughout the year.
The professorss especially those who are not regular ones are very good.
The colg. Faculty is also good. So overall itd mixed.
I would suggest you that dont expect too much from ibs although its good but its not exceptional and if u can get a better colg. Its good.

With your score, I don't see any issues with you getting admission in B.K. School Of Business Management. However, I'll need more details for your 2nd questions, i.e Where are you from? From where you've done your 10th & 12th & graduation. In short, are you domicile?
If you're domicile then there is no issue. As far as the Correspondence thing is concerned, I don't see any issues if you're domicile, but I would advice you to call at ACPC (That's Admission Committee of Gujarat) & Confirm) as the admission process is handled by them. Otherwise, you can take admission.
