There are two options after BMS. You can either go for job or do MBA. After BMS you can easily get job as supervisor in Business enterprises or Research Assistant in services industries particularly in BFSI/ Management Consulting industry . However for long term career growth it will advisable to complete your education by doing MBA from a reputed Institute.

For become an professor this is very long term process , you can not get become direct professor, for first you need to qualify NET exam or go for Ph. D. in your subject , after that you have to go for any college for your first job as a assistant professor after getting 4-5 year of experience you promote for Associate professor after getting more than 10 -15 year of experience you promote for a professor job
this is all process to go for a professor designation in any good college or univesrity
