From my personal experience, passing Diploma would be a starting point for job point of view. It will give you a vocational qualification which would be an asset for you. You can enter the industry after Diploma and can earn good salary after years of experience. I have seen many project managers who are simply Diploma holders but with experience they reach to higher designations and attain good salaries.
