Every university has different entry requirements. Some universities are very competitive like university Melbourne etc. And they also have some average universities. You have to check the requirements and choose accordingly. IELTS is required to meet English language requirement. No other tests as such is required so good academic profile and a good IELTS score besides strong SOP and LORs will do. Fee structure is also different among different universities. Typically Bachelor degree program costs around AU$15,000 to AU$35,000 per year.

Yes, it is absolutely worth to do a CS degree in Canada depending on the university you choose. Since Canada is a permanent residency oriented country, you will get 2-3 years of stay back & ideally if your performance/GPA is good enough with decent recommendations from your teachers (from a Canadian university), you may end up getting a decent salary of 50-80000 Cd$ annually.
