There is no age or minimum educational qualification to become an ethical hacker. Anybody can become ethical hacker if he has exceptional computing skills. However, for long term career growth as a ethical hacker, you must be minimum graduate in any computer science degree such as B.Tech CS, B.Tech IT, BCA, B.Sc CS or B.Sc IT etc.

I believe for Bachelors in nursing, you should have 10+2 with subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Biology. English being one of the languages/subjects. 10+2 marks and an entrance exam would be required for admission.

It will depend on the subject you choose to do Ph.D in. In most of the institutes, the eligibility criteria to gain admission to a Ph.D in Management is Master's degree with 55% marks. In some subjects, doing a Masters in Philosophy (M.Phil) is a prerequisite to start the Ph.D. For some prestigious universities, it is required to qualify All India Level Examination such as National Eligibility Test for Lectureship (NET) conducted by University Grants Commission (UGC), Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE), and Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).
