If you have not take the entrance test for law then go for some good private universities like LPU, SNU, AISECT, etc., where you can get admission either on the basis of your marks in previous qualifying exam or tests conducted by these universities only.
All these universities have earned a good name for themselves; have good infrastructure, faculty and placements. Some of them even off scholarships to meritorious students.

Yes, you can. Please take your IELTS too. Admissions into the highly ranked universities will not be entirely possible since they require more than 75% percentile. However, options will be available. You will find a number of colleges such as Durham, Fleming, etc.
