This option which you are seeking is not a natural progression route and if you have any options for that, it would be under the Open University Scheme. When it is the case of a graduation, it is always better to undergo the full graduation program. You can even think about taking a graduation from Countries other than India - (International BBA programs) which would help you gain more value and which would negate the 2 years gap that has come in your career. It would be best for you to register yourself in a job site and look out for the openings in different companies. Sites like shiksha are much suited for educational purpose and and not for job seekers. No offense meant, but sites which specialize in jobs would be a better option for you.

HI Anuja, there is no specific entrance exam that is to be written. you will need to appear for IELTS or TOEFL only and score min 6.5 in IELTS and at least a 100 in TOEFL ibt.
The minimum percentage expected to pursue a course is 60% from a reputed university in India.

Hi Anuja, Universities offering MS in Media Management are : Univ of Glasgow, Stirling univ, Staffordshire univ, Bournemouth Univ. MBA in Media management may not be easily available.
Also, I looked in Univ of Chester, they offer a general MBA for people with 2 yrs work ex. Although I have not been able to find MBA in Media Management offered by them unless its a new course.

Hi Prathamesh,
Although, you have not mentioned the stream, but if you are looking for a Diploma in Hospitality, different Institutes will have different course curriculum, generally the subjects will include food and beverage services, Operations, Front office etc.depending on the diploma you opt for.

Hi Bittu,
If you are going for a full time MBA from a decent B-School you actually don't have to worry about your placements as it will be taken care by the institute itself and as you are taking a gap to enhance your Education so no company would object to that as most of the good companies look for students with an MBA degree.
I would like to add here that you would not find many good Universities providing an MBA programme in Hospitality Management so, you should be open to other specializations like Operations or Sales and Marketing etc.For more information, please check the link below:
