HI Achal, if you barely want to cross the line then its 1100 and if you would like to have a university of your choice 1400 + is a good score. Although you can get some good ones with 1300+ as well.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.

Hi Ankit, RWTH Aachen, FU Berlin, HU Berlin, Chemnitz University of Technology (has a variety of specialisations) are the Universities that offer courses in IT/CS.
The scope of the subject is good.

Hi Mahi,
It would depend on your own capabilities and capacity to grasp, different people will have different level of capabilities so, if you feel that you can score well through self study you should go ahead. However, there are not many Institutes providing RMAT coaching but you can contact the Institutes providing Management Entrance examinations as RMAT would be on similar lines.
