Dear Rambharath,
I think, you are sking for the slide of branch in your college. In some college sliding is done on the basis of marks you got in your 1st year. It may be the procedure in your college too. So, remain in touch of your academics for more on that.

Well Firstly if you are highly inclined towards a career in Animation, the eligibility is not restricted to any particular stream hence you can take up either of it based on your previous academic records, subjects that you would be able to pursue better and later can opt for a course/ degree program in Animation.

For the job that you are aiming at , you will have to refer the Railway recruitment Board Bulletin and ensure that you are updated about the timings and the application process of the same. You have not mentioned anything about your qualifications, however.
To appear for Railway Entrance Exam the candidate must be within the age group of 17 to 20 years as of August on the year of examination. However there are relations in the upper age limit for the scheduled casts, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes and certain other categories as denoted by the Government of India. The maximum age is relaxed by five years for scheduled caste
