ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
a) The candidates should be Indian Nationals and should satisfy local/non-local status

The modules mentioned by you are good and very much job oriented but then it will equally depend on your interest depending on the kind of work you are keen to pursue, your career aspirations etc.
However, if you are good at Programming then i think you should take up Dot Net as this is high in demand and offers as a great career platform for the desirable talent.
Testing is also a huge discipline in itself and can be taken as an option if you are keen to take more of a back end job and less on coding.
Mainframes, are powerful/ multi processor computers used mainly by large organizations for critical applications.
