GLA University is just giving one option to those students who want to study B.Tech and are unable to qualify IITs or NITs or any other state college.
If you still want to join B.Tech when you failed to get government college then GLA is one of the colleges you may join for B.Tech. It gives all the facilities that you want in a private college.
All the best!

To be honest, I don't know much about Bengal College of Engineering and Technology (BCET) in Durgapur, West Bengal. But I can definitely talk about Chandigarh University (CU) since my real sister studied there, and I've seen firsthand how their CSE programme works.

The CSE department at CU has pretty solid placement options. Big companies like Microsoft, IBM, and Google come to the campus to hire students. Hello Barbie,
Yes, you can pass CA with good marks or you can get rank also but for this you have to work hard. There is no criteria for CA course that you must have 80 or 90+ percentage, no nothing. I have seen many students who have just passed in 12 th but they got rank in CA. So you can do also but yes as I said you have to work really hard for this. All the best.
