No, you can not take direct admission in any CDAC centre, you have to appear in entrance exam of CDAC I.e C-CAT and after this according to your rank and your choice filling you will get an appropriate centre.

As of now, networking is a high-demand and high-paying field within IT.

Distance learning engineering degree has been banned since 2009 by a circular of Ministry of HRD, government of India and also banned by AICTE even a part time BE is not allowed. Hence, such degree is completely non-recognized and not valid for job and higher education

To prepare for CBSE UGC NET, you have to know everything about UGC NET like the syllabus, exam pattern and preparation tips, etc.
CBSE UGC NET Exam is a national level test which gives students an eligibility to become assistant professor/lecturer or junior research fellow. UGC NET is expanded as University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test.

Bhagyashree, you can but then why do you want to do for BA along with a professional degree like BE. Simple go for BE/ B.Tech and make a good career for yourself.
In case you did not appear for JEE then try for admission in good private universities like LPU, MIT, etc. where they conduct their own tests and offer admission on basis of them other than JEE.
These universities are strong academic wise and placement wise.
