Weigh in your likes and dislikes, figure out your interests, which subjects are you confident in, there must be specific subject or area you are good at. It is advisable you speak with your school counselors and understand your areas of strengths and weakness. It is also suggested you take a psychometric test, a number of such tests are available online.

No, you can't get admission on the basis of UPSEE scorecard. You have to take admission on the basis of JEE Mains scorecard. HBTU is no longer apart of UPTU since 2017.
