General PIHMS requirement is 6.5. But the University will consider your Education pursued at a English speaking country as well. If you have studied with Medium of Instruction as English for 5 years (both in India and whilst your study in Scotland) they would be happy to waive the IELTS requirement
It is only your reading which is of concern, so I see more chance for your acceptance.
