Yes you can apply for the admission at MS RAMAIAH either online or offline .
The admission procedure the college consists of the 3 rounds -
1) Aptitude test
2) Group discussion
3) Personal interview
The admission depends upon the performance of the candidate in the admission procedure .
Apply as soon as possible as new session is going to begin within a few days

You may also pay the tuition fee within the week of reopening of college. At the first day they will tell about the all basic instructions and block and class room allotment for the students. After that alumni student can interact with student.

No problem, it's not a big issue. Today they just allot the class room's and give a general instructions only. Just go on next day and get those details from your councilor.

With this percentage of marks,it will be difficult for your to get admission in Masters course. In my opinion you should go for degree n Masters program with other subjects like political Science,sociology,history etc . Or go for teaching degree like b.ed, jpt, ntt to make your career in this field.
