Sourabh, go for MBA and along with it only you can prepare for tests for nationalized banks. Apart from this if you will join some good B-School, then you can hope for campus placement in some good private sector bank like ICICI, AXIS, HDFC etc through campus only.
Go for a good B-School, admission process in most of them is nearing end. Some offer admission just on basis of tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, etc. Some offer admission on basis of their own tests too. Some offer admission on basis of GDPI. Some offer it on basis of marks in previous qualification too.
Check websites of some good B-Schools.
Good luck.
