B.Tech is actually a four year course whereas B.Arch is a 5 year course.
So, the overall fees is ofcourse high.

Yes, surely you can get a seat at Anna University for ECE. Last year cut off was 199.33 for OC category. But you can also get for 199, even if you belong to general category (OC). If you belong to any other then you can surely get it.
